  • All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Hyderabad Specific: Cakes ordered after 6PM will be processed the next day and delivered within 24 hours.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options to ensure that your products arrive quickly and in perfect condition.
  • During checkout, you can select the shipping method that best fits your needs.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the order.
  • For expedited shipping, a fee of ₹200 will be applied. This will be visible to you during checkout.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, and there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier issues.

Packaging

Issues with Delivery

  • If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will quickly resolve any issues to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.

Return Shipping & Refund Terms

  • Please note that in the event of an approved return, refunds will be processed for the product amount only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure safe return of the product. The Xocolatl will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
