Chocolates, kunafa bars, small bites, biscuits and spreads ship across India. Cakes, the Giant Gooey Nutella Cookie and milk cakes are delivered within Hyderabad only.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping then takes 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location.

Cakes ordered after 6 PM are prepared the next day and delivered within 24 hours, within Hyderabad.

Yes. Choose expedited shipping at checkout for a fee of ₹200. Standard shipping is calculated from your location and the weight of your order.

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email info@thexocolatl.com with your order details. After 24 hours we cannot cancel, because every order is handmade and perishable.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Yes, for 50 pieces or more, with custom packaging, logos and messages. See Gifting and bulk orders.

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged in transit, request a return within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product and packaging and your order details.

Because chocolates are perishable, we cannot accept returns for taste. Customised or personalised products, sale or discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Returns apply to unopened, unused products in their original packaging, stored as recommended in a cool, dry place.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds cover the product amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer.
